I can't believe we've already been back at school for a month! I've been really busy since getting away back... And since I didn't get a chance to write in my journal over summer, Ace is making me I though I should say what I was up to.

Summer started out really awesome! I got to go home and see Shanks, and I even got to go out sailing a little. I stole Ace's food when he wasn't looking, which was really great. But then, something terrible happened....

GRANDPA.

I guess Grandpa hadn't gotten his fill after showing up for that Parent's Day thing before the summer, so he kidnapped me. I had to spend most of the summer running hiding survi training. Grandpa, give back my summer!!

But I managed to avoid Grandpa (mostly) when he showed up for that Parent's Day a couple weeks ago, so that was good. But most of all, I'm just really glad to be back. I've been trying to have a lot of fun to make up for my lost summer. And I had missed the food here so much, so I'm making up for that, too.

Wow, everyone's parents are really interesting! I'm kind of disappointed Shanks didn't come, but then again, he probably didn't get the owl. Well, at least I'll get to see him again when we all go home!

The castle's really different with all the parents, though. And Toph's been wearing a dress! She looks really funny!!

Speaking of Toph, I should go see if she managed to ditch her parents so that we can--

Aaah, that was a nice nap! I've got some mysterious bruise on my forehead, though, and I missed Quidditch... How was the game?

Toph, you're still coming to my village for part of the summer, right? Right?

YEAH! Exams are over! It's almost summer!!

Exams were really a lot of work, though. It feels like I hadn't even been outside all week, so I ran laps around the castle for a while this morning to make up for it.

I'm really looking forward to going home to see Shanks and Makino and everyone. Hey Toph, you'r-----------

I've decided to start keeping a journal. It seems pretty interesting, so I'm going to try it out!! Shanks sent this one to me for my birthday, but I lost it didn't notice it because of the cake he sent was busy studying. Yeah. Studying.

Did everyone see the Quidditch pitch? The flowers are so cool! They keep growing back! But it's a shame the match got postponed.
